On 25 March 2026, our partner Jean Paul Dechamps spoke on the panel “The impact of the major geopolitical movement” as part of the event Latin-American arbitration practice in a challenging context, held during Paris Arbitration Week at Sciences Po Law School.
The event was co-organised by Sciences Po Law School, the Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje – ALARB and the Conferencia Latinoamericana de Arbitraje – CLA.
The panel also included Eduardo Silva Romero (Wordstone, Paris), Ana Vermal (Proskauer, Paris/New York), Fabiano Robalinho (Bermudes, Rio de Janeiro), Diana Paraguacuto-Mahéo (Foley Hoag, Paris), José Ricardo Feris (Squire Patton Boggs, Paris) and was moderated by Diego P. Fernández Arroyo.
