Jean Paul Dechamps speaks at the IX Oxford Arbitration Day at Wolfson College, University of Oxford

On 21 November 2025, our partner Jean Paul Dechamps spoke on the panel “Silence in arbitration” at the IX Oxford Arbitration Day at Wolfson College, University of Oxford. The event was co-organised by the Oxford International Arbitration Society, Canal Arbitragem (Arbitration Channel) and the Commercial Law Centre at Harris Manchester College.

The panel also included Philippe Stoffel-Munck (Panthéon-Sorbonne University – Paris I, France), Kabir Duggal (Columbia University, US) and Matthew Gearing KC (Duxton Hill Chambers, Singapore), and was moderated by Samuel Pape (Latham & Watkins, UK).
