Julieta Cappelletti speaks at the IV Conference: “Young practitioners and the future of IPA Arbitration”, organized by the IPA (Instituto Peruano de Arbitraje). Julieta participated in a panel discussing the extension of the arbitration agreement to non-signatory parties, together with Andrea Ochoa (CMS), Claudia García (Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados) and Hernán Chiriboga (Clifford Chance).
