Pablo Jaroslavsky participated as speaker at the opening event of the V Sao Paulo FDI Premoot, which discussed the main legal issues of the 2020 FDI Moot Case. Pablo addressed the assignment of claims in investment arbitration and shared the panel with Gabriella Bianchini (PGMBM), Elena Cima (University of Geneva) and Daniel Bioza (Clansen & Caribé & Casado Filho).
